When can I receive my order? 

We work so that you receive your order as soon as possible, our logistics work from Monday to Friday and we always work with a 24-hour service. However, these deadlines are always indicative and may be affected by circumstances of the transport service.

As a guide, if you place your order before 2:00 p.m. on a working day, the order will leave the warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day.

 

How can I track my shipment?

You can follow up using a tool that you will find in the email that the shipping company will send you.

 

How do I know the status of my order?

We will send you an email when we start preparing your order, when it leaves the warehouse and if there is any incident.

 

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

We recommend that you review the address indicated when placing your orders to ensure that the data is correct and complete, since it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without generating an additional shipping cost. If you detect any incorrect data, contact us as soon as possible at care@natatul.com.


How can I return the product? 

We work to keep our product quality up to your expectation and we want you to be 100% satisfied with Natatul. 

In case you decide to return the order for any particular reason, please always contact us at care@natatul.com indicating order details and the reason, our team will assist you with further steps. 

Situations can be following:

  • The order has arrived in bad condition (Please attach pictures in the email)
  • “Oops, I’ve changed my mind before it arrived”. That’s fine, maybe next time you will discover another product with Natatul…  

We will proceed with the refund as soon as the product comes back to Natatul house. You will be informed by email. 

*Returned product must be in original unopened packaging.
